Hi, You Can try factory reset method follow this procedure.
1) Hold the “Volume Up” button and hold the “Power button”.
2) Next, Using the Volume Up or Volume Down Keys navigate the options to select “Wipe cache partition” and press the “Power button” to confirm.
3) Once Done, Using the Volume Keys select “Wipe Data/ factory reset” and use the power button to initiate the process. Now restart your android device, That’s it.

hello. im using o+venti 4g lte phone and currently it is on version. 5.1 is there any update for a higher version of the os for o+venti and also is there any possibilties to increase the internal memory cause its just 8gig and even if i have a 16gig external memory and i moved my download app to my external memory still is using my internal memory.
