Buenas tardes, tengo una dell venue 7, instalaba una aplicacion y de repente se apago y salio el android robot, le di a wipe data y al iniciar solo llegaba al logo y se repetia la operacion, le di a reset factory y despues solo salio la figura del cable o puerto usb, conecte la tabla a la pc y se reinicio hasta el robot nuevamente pero no arrancaba ni pasaba de ahi, volvi a dar reset factory pero ahi si se apago y ya no quiere encender. Conecto la tablet a la pc y emite un sonido como que se conecto a un dispositivo y cuando reviso en administrador de dispositivos en frcciones de segundo al conectar la tablet a la pc con el cable usb me sale solo en segundos CLOVERVIEW pero con un signo de advertencia y cuando le doy rapido al archivo dice que esta vacio osea como si no estuviera ese controlador instalado y el archivo estuviera vacio. Acaso se volo de la tablet todo? controladores y software?
