Hi Sathishkumar, I hope you can point an old man (66 & running out of time) toward the firmware for the TV box below. When I search for a 2017 SXQ-4K….. the choices returned are changed from SXQ to MXQ. I had it a year and I would watch it once in awhile and it worked good, but I kept reading to enjoy your box at it’s best, It should be factory reset once in awhile.
Well I said no no no, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…. Just kidding… I I remember reseting it and I think I erased something. No mater what command I try (reboot, etc) it comes up that something didn’t start or something. (I can set it up and check the message). Thanks,
