I use a smartphone “WE B2”. When I bought it, it was ok & no problem. But after 3 or 4 months, I face a new problem when the wireless updated. The problem is, when anybody call me the phone is silent. That means I can’t hear any sound on speaker. But the speaker is ok, because of play mp3, mp4 or goes to setting and play phone ringtone & ring volume it is ok. So I think it isn’t a hardware problem, it’s maybe software problem. Then I heard rest my phone. After that it was ok & I relief this problem. But dear, after two or three day’s it comeback again because of my phone update again. What can I do? Help me please.
Hi, You Can try factory reset method follow this procedure.
1) Hold the “Volume Up” button and the “Power button” and hold the “Home button”.
2) Next, Using the Volume Up or Volume Down Keys navigate the options to select “Wipe cache partition” and press the “Power button” to confirm.
3) Once Done, Using the Volume Keys select “Wipe Data/ factory reset” and use the power button to initiate the process. Now restart your android device, That’s it.
